HONEYMOON AT SANDALS CUBA

07/21/2006 We had a wonderful time from the minute we arrived to when we left. The resort was fantastic and our wedding was amazing. We were really well looked after. The staff are friendly, although very laid back - but it's Cuba - you have to expect it. If you are expecting a standard 5 star resort - forget it. It's Cuba, a communist country, desperately poor, but the Princesa Del Mar is about as close to a 5 star as you will get in Cuba. 7 restaurants on the resort - we never had a bad meal. Entertainment in the evenings was good, but if you're looking for somewhere really lively this is also not the place for you. It was however perfect for our wedding/honeymoon and would recommend it to anyone.
